Honest and reliable. Mechanics that you can trust. HCS auto repair saved me from a bloated, opportunistic (and frankly dishonest) repair estimate I received from a local dealership service dept. I am well pleased with the service they provided. They openly communicated with me during the repair and gave me upfront costs and recommendations. I have a hybrid and thought I had to take my car to the dealership for repair. I’m so grateful not to be prisoner to the dealership. HCS auto repair will provide all my future car service needs as well as my family and friends. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality service, communication and pricing I received. I highly recommend HCS in Rogers. Zaine and Jordan at the front desk are amazing! They always greet you with a smile and make sure you understand what services are being provided. If there are any concerns they will provide you with options that are feasible for our budget. Things are explained so throughly that I never feel like I am being blindsided and prices are very reasonable. HCS truly always keeps their best interest in helping and educating their customers.

HCS has provided automotive repair and maintenance on my vehicles for the past year and a half. They are communicative and transparent with all proposed repair and maintenance needs. Their staff has always been kind and never pushy. I highly recommend using their services!

I normally don’t leave reviews but my experience here was not good. My husband’s car was brought here by Triple A due to starting difficulties for further diagnosis. We paid for the diagnosis and were never provided the report and were told on the phone everything in the car looked good. I figured that this mechanic shop did not provide reports as where I am from some do and some just provide you reports over the phone. A month or so later my husband car started having more serious issues which was strange considering we paid to have it looked over so recently. I accidentally called the Springdale location and a worker there said you did not get your diagnosing report sent to you and sure enough when it was sent to me, there were issues going on in the car that needed to be addressed promptly. Long story short the damage that was done to the car by not having it fixed was so significant; it was too much to keep the car and it is now in a junk yard when diagnosed by another mechanic. My husband and I talked to someone at HCS at the Rogers location about why we did not get the diagnosis report and why we were not notified of the issues going on with the car since we paid for that an

I’ve been coming here for years, and they have truly saved me time and time again and my family as well! It’s so hard to find a shop you can actually trust, but they are always honest, professional, and never try to upsell me on things I don’t need. Jordan & Zaine are amazing and truly care about their customers. The customer service is always top-notch, and they make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop!
